I’ve updated my review for this location a few times now. They impressed me last year after they markedly improved their service, however I’m disappointed to say it seems that they have slipped back into being a mediocre-at-best experience. I’ve only driven through this location in the past few months, so I can’t speak to the service going in, but as a drive through customer I’ve noticed the quality in food and service go down. Nathaniel (?) was outstanding. Especially for fast food service- he was welcoming and super attentive. Drive-thru screens weren't working and he breezed through it all. Calm and friendly. Breakfast choices were great and tasty.

We love Wendy's. This store used to be one we'd rather avoid. Seemed there was always a problem with an order or gift card or questions about coupons...or just a sense that they could live without our business. We visited that troubled location recently to find a friendly new management approach. Food rightly prepared, coupon and gift card accepted with no problems and a Manager who couldn't have been happier to see us. Something has changed for the better. We'll be back.
