So I had dinner with my sister and my dad, as we do pretty regularly. Three plates at the table included a salmon salad, fish and chips, and my bison meatloaf. I heard no complaints from the rest of the family. However my bison meatloaf was very dry likely overcooked in the preparation stage. I understand Bryson is very lean which may contribute to its dryness. The girlfriend and I really enjoyed this place. Food was incredible and the service was actually pretty good as well. The green chili is some of the best I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Definitely check it out if you're in the area, you won't be
