Wonderful food with spectacular service and a nice atmosphere as well. I'm honestly not a beer fan so microbrews don't appeal to me but they have a full bar and that green chili stew was amazing. The bubba burger was really good too but be warned, these are normal sized burgers (large, as they should be) so you may not want to do a double. It was a lot of meat but so freaking good. Visited this brewery while in Castle Rock for work - Service was excellent, friendly and polite, fast and responsive. Food was good quality, and I went off the menu slightly to order a caesar salad with extra veggies and grilled salmon, which was delicious, and my favorite sweet potato fries. Portions were generous and the price was right.
