Our turkey wrap was full of lettuce with a few small pieces of Smoked Turkey and a bit of Cream Cheese and Guacamole. We have ordered from here for many years but this time we essentially did not receive one of our meals. The restaurant response was complete denial accepting no responsibility or apologies. It’s delicious! Best Philly I have had in years. Husband told me it was great but he didn’t tell me it was this awesome! Go try it out. You won’t be disappointed.
Terrible service - first, they screw up two orders of which they could have sent one of us into anaphylaxis, then they refuse to refund unless we drive back to store and brought them back, then Manager Frank would only remake OR refund after making me drive back during a snow storm for sandwiches THEY screwed up and of course we're already hours past when we'd hoped to eat.
