Food takes forever even though there's just two tables.We ask for a side of creamcheese that took the lady 10 minutes. She was busy talking to a co-worker, going back and forth to the kitchen, and when she saw me looking at her, that was the only time she grabbed it. It seemed like she had forgotten about it. I might understand if the place were full house on top of to go orders, but that wasn't the case.Hope the staff can be more attentive with proper training. There were two people on the floor, and the other guy server wasn't helping her at all.

This is literally the only place that doesn't understand how ordering ahead works. I order my food and they only start making it when I get there, resulting in me waiting an additional 15+ mins. Please just make the food when the order is placed like every other place so I can just show up grab my food and go!

Very nice and clean restaurant Philly themed. The staff was really polite, and well the sandwiches are a 10/10. The pizza sub and green chili cheese fries didn't make it to the picture!

Writing on behalf of my son. He asks “how hard is it to get an order right?”What he should ask is “how hard is it to not rob people?”He orders chicken strips. Last time he got four strips and one cut in two to make “6”. Tonight he got three and three half pieces. So…four chicken strips for an order of six.
Food is really good, BBQ chicken salad was very flavorful with lots vegetables. Original Philly and the works Philly were awesome. The lathe is huge! The table service, is not necessary and adds 20% to the cost and takes longer.
