Visiting from Buffalo, NY, I took my wife out for a nice dinner at Carlos’. Everything was great. Friendly service from the owner, timely check-in’s on our satisfaction levels and next parts of our meals or subsequent need for drinks. Excellent recommendations for food and beverages. Listened to our preferences. All around Great experience. WE will be sure to go again next time in CO Springs.
What a treat to experience this remarkable restaurant! Carlos is so charming and kind and his staff are so very attentive and knowledgeable. Now to the food…. The filet mignon was the best steak I’ve had in my entire life and I eat steak often. I literally could have cut that steak with a fork. I paired it with an amazing caprese salad, and rounded out the night with an amazing coffee and bread pudding dessert. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot until we walked out the door it felt like we were having dinner with family. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is outstanding. As soon as Carlos learned our names he used them until we left. You could not ask for a more intimate dining experience.
