“Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“With a vast menu with Indian and Mediterranean fusion dishes, it's quite delicious! If you like heat with your food, go Medium and Hot. We had Mango Lassi, Vegetable Samosas, and Chicken Tikka Masala Calzones. There are vegan and vegetarian options. Staff is very friendly. Baklava is also really great.“

“We are visiting in the area and have never been in before. Came in early, on a Friday evening for dinner. Pleasantly surprised on how amazing everything was! Service was excellent all the way around! Our hostess was friendly, server Leah was so nice and knew about all the menu items. Checked on us, and even the managers came by our table and said hello. Fries were hot and fresh, and burgers are next level delicious! Cocktails looked just like the menu, & they were served quickly! Would come here every month if we lived local!

“The burger was real good, cooked perfect! But the price?! Omg. Almost $12 for a small/medium sized burger and then an additional $7 for fries and a drink. Basically $20 for a burger, fries and a drink is insane! The fries are coated in whatever seasoning they use and I just wasn’t a super huge fan of it. The cheese sauce to dip in was good! Told the cashier it was my first time in and got no response whatsoever lol not necessarily surprising, I think customer service in a lot of industries is practically dead but it causes a lack of connection which makes it easier for me to write about the mediocre overall experience.

* I’m updating my review to give 5 stars. Honestly, I do think the prices are crazy but also, it’s right in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs and I can only imagine what the rent is. Bottom line, the food IS good and I totally would recommend this place to anyone visiting downtown COS. My apologies for being a bit of a jerk with the 3 stars in my original review.“

“I went there on a beautiful Friday morning. The sun was shining through the sky illuminating the building that is; King’s Chef Diner! Upon entering the building, I was kindly greeted, and told to reserve a table using their digital POS system. My experience was absolutely amazing. I got the breakfast burrito, with half Green Chile, and half Gravy. King’s Chef Diner in particular is famous for their Green Chile, and I’ll just say it was amazing, but not at the expense of their Gravy. If you ever find yourself wandering in downtown Colorado Springs a magnificent option for a quick bite and delicious breakfast is King’s Chef Diner.“

“The food here is great! I had never been here before but I was super happy that I did. They serve very large portions and everything was cooked to perfection. I ate their house sausage burrito with country gravy with a waffle and I will definitely go back. My best friend and I split the burrito and waffle and still couldn't finish it. They have very reasonable prices too. The server seemed a bit overwhelmed but I was able to thank the cook before I left (because you can literally see them cook your food) and he was awesome ?. I would definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to go back.
