“Great burgers and super fresh fries, just be ready for a bit of a wait if you visit during peak hours. Tons of outdoor seating available at this location, as well.

My daughter and I stopped in on the 4th of July, 2024 and it was a little crowded for a late-ish (3pm) lunch, but we had to stop in as she's never been before.

The burgers were great, as always and the fries were fresh, though a smaller portion size than j am accustomed to.

All in all, a good spot to stop if you're looking for a tasty burger.“

We were sat outside by a friendly staff, who promptly brought us water bowels for our two little friends accompanied by a “dog menu”. “Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“I had been to a Red Robin in Denver a long time ago, and at that time I didn't care much for it. To celebrate my husband's and my 7th anniversary, he took me to the Red Robin here at Southgate. I'm so glad too. It was delicious, and the service was excellent. We both had mushrooms. Swiss burgers. They were cooked perfectly to order and served hot and July straight off the grill. Our server was very informative and on the ball. Our burgers had to have just the plates because they were hot fresh and almost sizzling on the plate. The hot wings were done, crispy and also nice and juicy and the homemade potato chips were also yummy. The manager checked on every order, and took a moment to talk to every person and made me feel very much valued and like we became friends there. Wecwill return the prices were good and because the food was so well prepared and good it wasn't hard to pay for it! We loved it and it made our celebration much more festive and a happier better memory to treasure. Good service enhances any experience and these guys have that down pat. I wa a great meal..“

“We won't go for brunch on Sundays again because, apparently, big groups of people can reserve tables. When we arrived, they weren't very busy, yet had virtually no seats available. If you're big, forget the booths. The tables are fixed and don't move, so they can be uncomfortable for you. They try to force you into the bar area for some reason. Personally, I dislike the high tables and chairs there. That said, our server wad great and so was the food. We do like coming here over all.“

“We love Ted’s! The staff are so kind and friendly and genuine. They make it right if your food is wrong, even if it’s minor. They care about each other as well. A customer was being belligerent to one of the waitresses and her teammates swooped in and cared for her and took the complaints from the customer respectfully at the same time. This is our go-to spot for a relaxed, fun evening with good food and great cocktails.“

“I’ll start with the bad and end with the good. Food was horrible. Everything came out cold. And the oil for cooking fries is old which made them gross. My whole plate was cold so the bartender sent it back and brought me another plate and the sandwich was warmer but the Mac and cheese was cold and sandwich was sitting in the Mac and cheese sauce (yes it was runny) which made the sandwich soggy. The young bartender was wonderful!! Great service. She was very attentive and friendly. Drinks were good drink prices are great!! Great atmosphere to attract many different people and great music which brought in a nice crowd. Had a great time here.“

“I went there on May 20, and had a great conversation with the man who called himself the owner and we talked green chile, treasure hunting, and overall kindheartedness for about 15 mins it seemed.

Absolute highest regards for this place. The owner was an amazing conversationalist and very generous. They definitely earned their title as one of the best in the springs. If you get the chance to go there, get the breakfast burrito Christmas style and have your taste buds teased by the delicious flavors.

Certainly, if you go through the springs, get yourself some food there. The reason I stopped by was the purple castle that wasn't open, but I'm sure it is good there too. I will have to finally try it once I get back there to see if it is as good or better.“

“Came here for a quick dinner and was not disappointed! They have updated their menu since my last visit, and I was happy they let us know. Our server was training someone and kept our drinks full.

We ordered the Dr. Pepper float because it sounded good, and we love Dr. Pepper. It was so creamy and was hard not to chug down, thankfully it was free refills. I ordered the whiskey river BBQ burger because it sounded good, and boy, was it! The caramelized onions paired so well with the BBQ sauce. The burger pattie was a little thin, which is unusual for this place. Also, for bottomless fries, they gave us very small portions, and when asked for more, we were given again a small portion, and by the time we got them we were done with our burgers.

Overall, the food tasted great, I wish the burger pattie was thicker and more fries next time.“

The fries were hot and fresh, my burger has always been made the way that I requested, and the milkshakes are great. The staff are always friendly and the food was made really quick.
