“Wow, what a great place! We went there yesterday for the first time & was greeted by the owner, Dave. So super friendly & fun to talk to! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere & music is awesome & our server (Chris) was phenomenal! This is a place we will return to over & over! We also got a bottle of Lebowski’s Kool-Luah Coffee Liqueur, after tasting it - whoa!!! It was absolutely off the hook - unbelievably good! 😋“

“Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“Just moved to Colorado from Florida and first time trying a Smashburger. I’ve had some bizarre fine dining/fast food experiences since moving but my experience here was excellent. Food was ready quick, fries are delicious, burger was great. Staff was personable and it felt like a normal human exchange (again, have had some bizarre experiences since moving). Definitely will be back and this is going to be my go-to burger spot.“

“We went in on Sunday and learned they were having a special for their birthday. First, the positive is that the burgers, fries and pickles chips were very good. Unfortunately, that is it. The service is though they were trying to make it a bad experience. 1.) We doubled the number of total customers from two to four. The two servers/bartenders seemed annoyed customers took from their chat time. 2.) Took three requests for water to accompany our beers and cider. 3.) Dropped food and walked away. Had to walk over to the far side of the bar to request ketchup and silverware. They were bothered as I had to but into their non-work discussion. 4.) We were watching the Broncos just when the comeback got awesome and the channel/feed changed. Had to again walk over to ask for service. Frowns and slumped shoulders, but it was changed back. 5) When odering our meals, we asked about and told them we were going to get the dessert, but check was presented before asking if we were done. 6.) Bill was larger than expected. Apparently if you add a patty to their Birthday Special, it does not apply - nearly doubles the price. After getting the bill, I asked and they said no add-ons. Okay, but would have been nice to have been informed when ordering. Didn't ask for an adjustment and it certainly was not offered. 6.) I do not recall leaving less than a 15% tip since my early 20's, but went below that today. While leaving, the two were pointing and laughing at us. This was in front of the only table with customers. I received low tips when serving and bartending, and sure, I assumed the customers were cheap, but also thought about what I could I have done better. I served at Guisseppe's and was so wanting a good experience in this awesome building. It was the polar opposite. Understand they have newer owners and I hope their time and investment pays off. Having service employees that like people and their job, would help.“

“We came here after having a not so great experience at another location and we had a coupon that was expiring soon.
This is the location to go!!! The workers were so kind, helpful, and just awesome! Our food was ready when we got there and it was HOT! We sat outside and they came to check on us. The food was just so good!!! One of the best burgers I had!! Same for the tater tots with oil and garlic. I actually can't wait to go back!! Come to this location!!! They are awesome!!!“

“My only issue with this place has been I've had difficulty ordering a flying dutchman with lettuce, tomato, pickles and sauce a few times. Typically they fix it if they make it wrong but a few times they haven't rung it in correctly. Other than that everything is superb!“

“We always come to Stetson Hills not only for the amazing food but for the amazing waiters and Waitress. We came in on a very busy morning and Michael was exceptionally outstanding. “We stopped in at 1am (June 21) on our way to the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb after leaving another place across the street that was a disaster from what I guess is a usual volume for the late night crowd. First of all, Dave was amazing. He was doing the entire front of house single-handed. He was attentive and polite. I hope all of the patrons were understanding because Dave was absolutely doing his best. I don’t know how many were in the kitchen but given the circumstances the whole crew should get recognition for “hazard duty”. Thanks again, Dave. “I've been to this place a couple dozen times, and really enjoy it. Food is great, local owner and everything is nearly perfect. The only thing I would say would be the price has crept up a bit. Wouldn't mind seeing combos, like a burgers, half order of fries and a drink for instance. Short of that everything is great 👍“

The service is top shelf, friendly, efficient and professional yet given in the manner of a small town favorite place where everyone is a good friend or neighbor and now we come to the food. I had a bowl of their fresh made soup du jour, creamy chicken and wild rice and it was SO delicious I ordered a second serving before I finished my lunch. “This place is good again! I stopped coming here 6 months ago because the food and service had gotten so bad. The last time I went the guy at the drive-thru was super low energy, mumbled when he talked, and screwed up my order. The time before that the lady barely spoke English and screwed up my order.

Today (Friday 9/25) I decided to roll the dice for lunch and see if anything had gotten better. The dude at the drive-thru spoke clearly and was super nice. My order was made right without half the burger falling off the bun and both the burger and fries were hot and fresh. I also didn't have to pull around and park my car for 15 minutes like the last crew did. What a difference some new employees make! Will put Carl's Jr back in the rotation as long as things don't go down hill again.“
