“Wait time went by faster than quoted! Fad, friendly service. Coffee is the best I have had and refills were perfectly timed. Will definitely be dropping by to buy a bag to brew at home. “Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“We’re currently visiting my sister and her family in Colorado Springs, and decided to eat brunch together here. I was beyond impressed! My 2 year old (who will be 3 next week) has multiple food allergies. Normally going out to eat is a tough experience. Our server was so nice and when I mentioned allergies her response was “oh we take food allergies seriously, let me make sure that item is a safe food.” Not only was it the very first time he was able to order off of a kids menu (normally we feel lucky to get him one or two items ale carte), but the food came out with a “ALLERGY” flag in it which made us all feel safer about him eating it. He loved the meal, no allergic reaction, and the service/wait staff was FANTASTIC. I can’t wait to go back the next time we visit. 🥰“

“we went on Easter Sunday, it was very quiet, so the service was impeccable. we are British tra lingerie fir 3 weeks. we have stopped ans eaten in alot of different places and the grilled cheese sandwich here is the absolute bomb. gorgeous food and excellent service. highly recommended.“

“Got the Rocky Mountain breakfast, your standard eggs/bacon/ potatoes (at $34) Eggs were cooked well, bacon was limp and not crispy, breakfast potatoes were bad. They seemed like they were fried earlier in the morning and held in a steamer, making them totally soggy. Green juice was fine, cappuccino was good. All the above plus a sparkling water was $75. At that price point I’d expect crispy bacon and much better breakfast potatoes.“

“We stopped in at 1am (June 21) on our way to the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb after leaving another place across the street that was a disaster from what I guess is a usual volume for the late night crowd. First of all, Dave was amazing. He was doing the entire front of house single-handed. He was attentive and polite. I hope all of the patrons were understanding because Dave was absolutely doing his best. I don’t know how many were in the kitchen but given the circumstances the whole crew should get recognition for “hazard duty”. Thanks again, Dave. I hope you got a well-earned break after Saturday night.“

“The food was delicious. Our server, Erin, was great. she kept us up to date with the status of our order. There were some delays with food orders. Our issues were with the owner. I found a hair in my food and brought it to the attention of our server. She took my plate to the back and shortly thereafter, the manager came out and apologized and offered to remake my order. Erin also offered a complimentary desert, which I accepted. The issue appeared to be resolved until the owner came out and began trying to give me a cooking lesson. She was extremely condescending and spoke to me as if I have never cooked in my life. When I gave her brief overview of my cooking experience, she kept questioning me. As an owner, she should probably learn to keep her mouth shut and stop being so confrontational.“

“Wow, what a genuinely great discovery of one of the best places in town to eat. The staff here is like family, among themselves and also treat their customers like family. The service is top shelf, friendly, efficient and professional yet given in the manner of a small town favorite place where everyone is a good friend or neighbor and now we come to the food. As great as the service is, believe it or not the food is even BETTER! I had a bowl of their fresh made soup du jour, creamy chicken and wild rice and it was SO delicious I ordered a second serving before I finished my lunch. I cannot wait to enjoy it again when it comes around again in a rotation of the soup of the day.
