“Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“Wait time went by faster than quoted! Fad, friendly service. Coffee is the best I have had and refills were perfectly timed. Will definitely be dropping by to buy a bag to brew at home. All menu items were delicious and filling. I bought additional giant cinnamon rolls to share with absent family members. So GOOD!“

“We’re currently visiting my sister and her family in Colorado Springs, and decided to eat brunch together here. I was beyond impressed! My 2 year old (who will be 3 next week) has multiple food allergies. Normally going out to eat is a tough experience. Our server was so nice and when I mentioned allergies her response was “oh we take food allergies seriously, let me make sure that item is a safe food.” Not only was it the very first time he was able to order off of a kids menu (normally we feel lucky to get him one or two items ale carte), but the food came out with a “ALLERGY” flag in it which made us all feel safer about him eating it. He loved the meal, no allergic reaction, and the service/wait staff was FANTASTIC. I can’t wait to go back the next time we visit. 🥰“

“we went on Easter Sunday, it was very quiet, so the service was impeccable. we are British tra lingerie fir 3 weeks. we have stopped ans eaten in alot of different places and the grilled cheese sandwich here is the absolute bomb. gorgeous food and excellent service. highly recommended.“

“OMG!! They have the best breakfast and it was so good! This was me and my husband first time at Doug's and we just love Diner meals. We were greeted with a warm welcome with no wait time and immediately felt comfortable. My husband ordered the Hash breakfast and it was the REAL deal, nothing like the stuff out of a can. I ordered the French toast combo and no doubt, it was the best I've had in a long from anywhere else, it's sssooo good! Our server, she was so friendly, patience, understanding with me as a hearing impaired patron, that she took the time to communicates with me clearly. If you are looking for a friendly diner that serves great breakfast with no long wait time, Doug's Breakfast Lunch is THE place to go. We definitely will be going back. 😋💯🥓🍳🥞“

“Got the Rocky Mountain breakfast, your standard eggs/bacon/ potatoes (at $34) Eggs were cooked well, bacon was limp and not crispy, breakfast potatoes were bad. They seemed like they were fried earlier in the morning and held in a steamer, making them totally soggy. Green juice was fine, cappuccino was good. All the above plus a sparkling water was $75. At that price point I’d expect crispy bacon and much better breakfast potatoes.“

“My service Club has met at this Stetson Hills IHOP for years. The food is decent, but we could always count on the best service from our waitress, Crystal. She was always attentive, friendly and efficient. Even though there are many of us in the club, she memorized our drinks and already knew what most of us wanted or needed with our meals. When my friends and I go to IHOP for a non-club meal, we always asked to sit in Crystal's section. So if you ever need to go to the Stetson Hills IHOP, ask for Crystal.“

“I had a really great experience at IHOP thanks to the amazing manager, Gloria. From the moment we walked in, she made sure everything was running smoothly and that guests felt welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about customer service and her team.

The food came out hot and fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Gloria checked on us personally and made sure our visit was perfect. It’s not every day you see a manager so involved and positive.
