“WOW!!! Another One Of Our "GO-TO" Restaurants This restaurant has become one of our "GO-TO" restaurants when we come to or go through Colorado Springs. It is very conveniently located in the newer area on the north end of Colorado Springs. The food is fabulous and the menu feature of 1/2 sandwich and soup is just right for a light meal. The Monte Cristo sandwich is done perfectly!!! The chicken tender salad is always a favorite of my wife. Marie was on duty that evening - Leadship On Duty!!! Marie came by our table several times and when I see the leadership working the crowd it speaks volumes for the entire operation. Kirsti took care of our table and she frequently came by to make sure the food and service met our satisfaction. WOW!!! A super nice evening with great food, great service, and attention to detail. Because his own family has experience with gluten issues, he was able to share helpful suggestions for other gluten-free restaurants in Colorado Springs as well as products we could order online. It was immediately clear that he genuinely understood the challenges families like ours face.

Throughout our visit, he checked on us several times, made us feel welcome, answered questions, and treated us with a level of kindness and care that went far beyond what anyone would expect. He made our family feel seen, not just served.

At the end of our meal, after we’d attacked the fantastic gluten-free brownie + I’ve cream Mark recommended, he even provided a coupon for a future visit, which was incredibly generous, but honestly, his hospitality alone would have guaranteed we’d be back.

The food was fantastic, but people are what create loyal customers, and Mark is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have representing its brand. Please make sure he receives recognition for the outstanding job he is doing.

Our family left feeling cared for, valued, and grateful. We will absolutely be returning.
