Summa has a unique and very tasty menu that never disappoints! Plus they have a great selection of local micro brews and other standards, like Guinness on tap. Summa also hosts the local Notre Dame Southern Colorado Alumni Club for all the games which are always a lot of fun.
Apparently I’ve passed this place for the last year and a half. That was a mistake. Food was great - try the breakfast sandwich for brunch. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely worth checking out!

Absolutely loved this place! The cocktail was good and the Western Cheesesteak with Mac n Cheese was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, even went above and beyond to make honey syrup for my cocktail. 10/10 would come here again.
