They had different owners a while back, which didn’t care about their customers, but these owners have great customer service and have always listened to the customers on what they want. “I have never had a single complaint about this place, my husband and I love it. Untill today... Dont know if its the Sunday day prepper or a new person but I ordered a double cheese and mushroom and even afet a ton of Parmesan from my house still tasted like nothing but sauce and bread. Extremely disappointed.“

Reducing score to a 3. I've probably come here 20 times since they opened and more often than not it's good but as of lately it's been super inconsistent. When it's good, it's great and when it's bad it's really bad.

Today I ordered a churro and it came with pretty much zero cinnamon. The frijoles were also super dried out and the rice was cold. Tacos were also iffy.

A burger for me a hotdog for wife , small cheeseburger for my 7 year old with a fry almost 40$!! Could go to a whole lot nicer sit down restaurant for that price!! 8$ for fries what is 5 guys management smoking!!“

“I been to so many Carls jr but never as clean as this Carls jr. The whole time I was there an employee his name is Isaiah Garcia stud out to me because he was occupied cleaning and keeping the lobby clean. My food was out very fast and fresh, I love that. Isaiah was also greeting and had a smile. He has excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back to eat here.“

“My online order didn’t come through to the restaurant as quickly as it should have so it wasn’t ready when I got there but the friendliness and speed of service made up for it. I was offered a free drink and sauce because I had to wait but the wait time was maybe only 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!“

I stopped in late at night with a simple order, and he was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly right. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious.
