“This Chick-fil-A is the best one I have been to in Colorado Springs. Every meal has been accurate and delicious, though they will immediately correct things and make it right if they aren't. Wonderful service, clean building, good reliable good food.

Parking: Due to a cramped plot, look out for people backing up into the drive thru lines.

“Tho' not exactly known for atmosphere, Chick-fil-A always has nice options for many tastes. I go either early, 11am-ish or later- 2 or 3pm to avoid the real crowds and noise. I like to eat a little healthy, so usually order 3 straps with their good side salad and avocado/lime dressing. Works for me!“

“I worked with one of your employees, Gail, at a previous job. I ordered bread sticks. I ate lunch very religiously and was surprised to see her for a short time. Thank you to the nice employee who let her know I was eating there and wanted to chat. I can not say enough things about this employee“

“We have been visiting this Freddy's for years. Today, we rode our bikes there for lunch and my daughter had a waive of nausea hit her due to the heat and lack of food in her belly right when we walked in the front door. I quickly ushered her to the bathroom where she directly sat down on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet. I was amazed at how clean the bathroom floors were, and didn't need a therapy session directly afterwards. Staff is fairly friendly consistently, and of course the food is good. Thank you, Freddy's for having a clean bathroom floor! Of course we will back!“

“Greatest (lonely) staff on the 4th of July. I took my grands out for a late lunch. Not only did they get to choose what they wanted, the pizzas were expertly prepared and consumed! The employees were so friendly and helpful, and even delivered our pizzas to our table . Major kudos!!“

“I usually eat there on my way out of Colorado Springs as it is on Nevada Avenue, Southbound. Located across the street from Mitchell High School, it serves the upcoming generation. Overall a decent place to eat a hamburger and hop back on Interstate 25.“

Back in the 90s this DQ was excellent in service and food was okay. But, in the late 2000s service went downhill. After Colorado legalized pot is when this area went to crap.

“I don't know if I should really have rated the atmosphere because we went through the drive-thru. The outside was clean but a tight fit with an SUV. The service was good. The food was fresh, hot & tasty.My daughter LOVES their mozzarella sticks. I would recommend this Arby's to people whether they're going through the drive-thru or dining in. I have been in this one before with my family, and it was clean . The people were friendly, and the food was good.

Vegetarian options: Sure, I could tell others about the vegetarian options. I opted not to eat vegetables because Arby's has the meat! ?

Dietary restrictions: There's just one option for dietary restrictions. Don't eat carbs (bread, buns, gyro pitas, fries)

Parking: There is some parking on the side. Most parking is in the back, by where you enter the drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: They have kids' menu items. The mozzarella sticks are great here.

“To start. I never eat at any Arby's. My in-laws are here and they wanted it.
Went through the drive-thru and when I got home I noticed we were missing an item from our order. Luckily I don't live too far away so I called and let them know. Zach (shift manager) was very kind and apologetic. He had great customer service and even gave me additional items for the inconvenience. I find great customer service very rare anymore. I will be a repeat customer.“

“Great place to get an affordable gluten-free pizza. The service isn't bad but not the most top-notch I've had in town, but it's a pizza joint. It can get loud if you care about that, I normally do takeout so I can eat my pizza while doing homework or watching a movie with my gal. They will do an "all the meats" pizza.“
