They had different owners a while back, which didn’t care about their customers, but these owners have great customer service and have always listened to the customers on what they want. It has a family oriented feel to it and lots of great options for people who are vegan! Many of my non-vegan friends love it too, especially the burgers!!!“

“Normally this is a fantastic location unless you order delivery. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I’ve had to have something replaced or refunded. When this happens, even if you order through the app, the help options sends you to DoorDash…who sends you to a Chic Fil A help line, who will try and send you back to DoorDash.

Honestly, don’t even attempt to order delivery through the app, it’s not worth the headache of a 20 minute run around to just get it refunded. I’d rather just have got what I ordered in the first place.“

“They have great chili dogs and chili fries! My friend had the double cheeseburger and he really liked it. It's a little expensive, but I think it's worth it because the servings are large and everything is made fresh to order.

After a long day of work me and my boyfriend decided to get a taste of home (if you’re from Texas you’ve seen the DQ commercials) and decided to stop and see. Definitely hit the spot! There was a little hiccup with our order and they handled it super smoothly and professionally while also keeping things fun and chill. All the staff were super chill, fun to talk to and made everything fast and fresh. Will be the only Dairy Queen location I plan on visiting in the springs for sure.“

The nice lady told me they were free since I dined in. The only thing y'all could improve on is serving more soda options. The sandwiches are consistently made well, and there's a nice variety that they added. Lastly, I believe these guys made every effort to keep their prices reasonable. You get more for money here. “Normally I quite like Chick-fil-A, but this was not a good experience. I ordered a few items, including a market salad. I ordered ahead, and when I got there is seemed that they had not even started it, so it took about 6 minutes waiting in the drive through to get our food. When I got to my hotel and went to eat the salad, i noticed they did not include the almonds, granola, or dressing for my salad. I understand forgetting A sauce, but they did not include any of the things that should come with the salad. But a salad just isn't a salad when it's only lettuce, which tastes like weeds on its own.

Update, they more than fixed the issue with rewards.“

“I was really sad when I visited about 430pm on a Tuesday and saw 3 people(beverage station, food station and Emily) out of 6 actually working. I walked in and a young girl with long dark braided hair just stared at me blatantly ignoring me for about four minutes until I said.Excuse me can I order. She continued to ignore me while Emily who was engrossed in work stopped everything she was doing to take care of me and my daughters. She continuously apologized unnecessarily and proceeded to give me the best service I've ever had. Once I had my food and sat down, she continued to clean the restrooms during a quiet low, while others stood around still. Very grateful for Emily and I will return for her and the food. (Which was great btw)

( i now found out that she was a manager even. Possibly on a lunch break while staring.But you're not supposed to be on the line if that's the case and you could have verbally stated that instead, especially being management)

The drive-thu attendant at this Carls Jr. helped me to not only cancel that order, but also helped me to recreate my order for their location, and also included my coupons and rewards points from the mobile App. They went above and beyond, and I will be back because of it.“

“Haven't eaten at an Arby's in well over a year. My Ruben sandwich was perfect! No gristle, hot, not soggy, just the right amount of sauce and sauerkraut. The jalapeno bites were hot from the frier, no grease, no old taste, just perfect. There were no clean tables when we arrived (only one order in the dining area ahead of ours), and the sauces/napkins/ drink area needed cleaning. My husband said all the workers were busy filling orders whenever he looked over. The restroom was clean. Great location and newer store.“

“The white boy jah was working drive thru and was absolutely rude and handed me my drinks and told me to go to a imaginary window so I had to go inside and ask what window and got ignored by him the whole time until this nice lady took care of me and gave me my food overall horrible customer service!!!“
