“I went to JJ’s this evening, and there was one employee working—his name was Anthony. He was handling everything on his own: taking orders, making sandwiches, and processing payments. Despite having a line, he stayed organized and didn’t make any mistakes.

It did take a bit longer to get our food, which is completely understandable given he was working solo. He even got my complicated order exactly right, and the food came out warm, which was a big plus.
