“I've seen some mixed reviews about this location, but honestly, the couple of times I've visited, I've had a positive experience. The food has been fresh, tasted great, and my orders have been prepared correctly. While this location always seems busy, the wait has never been unreasonable during my visits.
One of my favorite items is the vanilla iced coffee. It's surprisingly good and offers great value for the price. Compared to many other coffee shops, it's hard to beat what you get for the cost. If you're looking for an affordable coffee without spending several dollars elsewhere, it's definitely worth trying.
Based on my experiences so far, the food has been consistent, the service has been fine, and the prices are hard to argue with. Even with the steady flow of customers, they seem to keep things moving fairly well. I'll definitely continue stopping by when I'm in the area.“

“Rock on, Jimmy John's! I placed my order online and was contacted almost immediately to let me know the soda order could not be fulfilled. I was offered other beverage options or a credit to my account, which satisfied me. When our order was delivered though, we realized it was missing a few things. Our driver promptly returned to the store and brought back everything we needed. Hardly anyone thanks folks for handling imperfect situations well, but y'all deserve it. Thank you! Thank you for handling an issue professionally and promptly, twice in a row. Thank you for getting us our complete and accurate order only 22 minutes after we placed it, even with a second trip! And thank you for doing it all with a great attitude!!“

“We were missing a couple of Burgers from a very large order and they had no issue replacing them and were very polite and food was great and that's why we keep choosing to come here thank you guys for taking care of our family always...“

“It's fast food, but this location has always done great. They are often friendly and quick. Everything is out for helping yourself (ketchup, napkins, refills), unlike the McDonalds in Falcon that has no self service. Only slight gripe is the Ketchup could be in a dispenser instead of the pouches. I feel like their app could be a bit better for offers (they isn't a whole lot to entice people to come in). Short of that, well done!“

“Right as I walked in I noticed the cleanliness of this location! The counters were clean, and the floors were like.. immaculate. I've worked in the restaurant industry before and I know how hard it is to get a restaurant floor clean and it was impressive. The food was probably the most delicious I've had at any of the locations in the springs as far as freshness and temp as well. everyone behind the counter was attentive and kind 👏🏼“

“My first time coming into the restaurant was amazing! One of the managers, Amanda “Panda” was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me and she took her time to describe the entrees to me. She even gave me a sample since my daughter has nut allergies. Kudos to the friendly staff, good service, and tasty food!!“

“So as i went to get my sticker for the cop that lost his life, one your workers came over and gave the people selling the stickers a free pizza and said if we know any cops to tell them to come by and pizza was on you guys.... i almost broke down in tears. We are getting pizza tonight due to that and i will always now only order Papa Johns!! Thank Ya’ll!!“

“I do not eat out often but that Dbl Deluxe cheese burger I had earlier hit the spot. I did not go inside to eat so no rating of atmosphere. They were honoring veterans with 10% off purchase so Thank you for that Culvers. Great burger!! Hot fresh fries too.“

“I had a wonderful experience recently with the manager at this Wendy's. My card was accidentally charged for something not associated with my drive-through order the week before. When I noticed, I called and questioned how we could rectify it. He was very amicable and kind and told me to just stop by the store. I came in and was able to speak with a manager quickly. He was very apologetic and accommodating. He refunded the unassociated charge and gave my daughter a free Frosty. It's amazing the treatment you'll get when you handle human error with Grace. This manager and the rest of the team were very professional and kind.“
