“I had a wonderful experience recently with the manager at this Wendy's. My card was accidentally charged for something not associated with my drive-through order the week before. When I noticed, I called and questioned how we could rectify it. He was very amicable and kind and told me to just stop by the store. I came in and was able to speak with a manager quickly. He was very apologetic and accommodating. He refunded the unassociated charge and gave my daughter a free Frosty. It's amazing the treatment you'll get when you handle human error with Grace. This manager and the rest of the team were very professional and kind.“

“Very Hard workers that do NOT receive the respect they deserve. It has been always busy everytime I come, and they try hard to get the food out as fast as possible, and multiple customers have taken these kind people for granted. Definitely have empathy for them!“

“Rock on, Jimmy John's! I placed my order online and was contacted almost immediately to let me know the soda order could not be fulfilled. I was offered other beverage options or a credit to my account, which satisfied me. When our order was delivered though, we realized it was missing a few things. Our driver promptly returned to the store and brought back everything we needed. Hardly anyone thanks folks for handling imperfect situations well, but y'all deserve it. Thank you! “Ben at Carl's Jr isn't a cook he's a culinary wizard disguised in a fast-food uniform. Every burger that comes off his grill looks like it belongs in a commercial, and somehow everything tastes better when he's working. A few months ago, my grandma fell down the stairs and wasn't feeling like herself afterward. The family was worried, morale was low, and nothing seemed to cheer her up. On a whim, I brought her one of Ben's burgers. After the first bite, she smiled for the first time all week, asked if there was another one in the bag, and spent the rest of the evening laughing and telling stories like nothing had happened. I'm not saying Ben's burger performed a miracle, but the timing was suspiciously perfect. When Ben is in the kitchen, the fries are golden, the burgers are flawless, and the entire restaurant operates on a higher plane of existence. If Carl's Jr ever loses him, they should put his apron in a museum and name a combo meal after him. Give this man a raise immediately.“

“It's overpriced movie theater food, hot dog it a good 1/4lb beef hot dog, nachos come with a cup of cheese and optional jalapenos. Pizza Hut personal pizzas, coke products and your usual popcorn, box candies etc. I definitely suggest joining their movie club, free monthly ticket credit that never expires covers the membership fee and 20% off concessions pays for itself if you need date night or family outing options.“

“Ordered online through the app but ate inside. The whole process from beginning to end was really smooth. The food was ready when we arrived. We were able to refill drinks as we pleased. Staff members were friendly and making sure the place was clean. Bathrooms were also neat.“

“So as i went to get my sticker for the cop that lost his life, one your workers came over and gave the people selling the stickers a free pizza and said if we know any cops to tell them to come by and pizza was on you guys.... i almost broke down in tears. She even gave me a sample since my daughter has nut allergies. Kudos to the friendly staff, good service, and tasty food!!“
