I work right down the street from this location, so visit it often. Other than being slow... I've never had any major issues. Today though Rachel sent me through the roof! Waiting in drive thru, get skipped, and then in a private conversation said a naughty word, but when she came on the speaker she decided that she needed to reprimand me for using such language with her. Confused, I said 'excuse me?' - she said you can't talk to me like that (which for the record I agree with)...read full review
Came here for breakfast. The burritos were completely unedable.Tasted like they were expired or worse.No salsa to help the flavor.The coffee is Awful. I'm not sure how you can screw up coffee that bad...but it was GROSS.I can't go back as I'm on a road trip. I will NOT be going back ever.

There are serious issues with the Falcon CO store. I watched employees eat from the serving line as well as hand opened food back to the employee making food stating that's for the next order after giving it to the wrong customer. Additionally same employee was eating food and having drinks in the same area she was handling customer's food.
