There are serious issues with the Falcon CO store. I watched employees eat from the serving line as well as hand opened food back to the employee making food stating that's for the next order after giving it to the wrong customer. Additionally same employee was eating food and having drinks in the same area she was handling customer's food.

I work right down the street from this location, so visit it often. Other than being slow... I've never had any major issues. Today though Rachel sent me through the roof! Waiting in drive thru, get skipped, and then in a private conversation said a naughty word, but when she came on the speaker she decided that she needed to reprimand me for using such language with her. Confused, I said 'excuse me?' - she said you can't talk to me like that (which for the record I agree with) however, I asked "was I talking to you?" She said "yes". I said no, that was a private converaation you eavesdropped on. When I got to the window and asked for a supervisor, she came to the window. No apologies or anything... just an -okay-. To add to this, they couldn't even make my sandwich correctly. I've called the corporate number but I'm sure I won't hear back, so thats why I'm leaving this here. Will NEVER come back to this location.

Came here for breakfast. The burritos were completely unedable.Tasted like they were expired or worse.No salsa to help the flavor.The coffee is Awful. I'm not sure how you can screw up coffee that bad...but it was GROSS.I can't go back as I'm on a road trip. I will NOT be going back ever.

Several times now this store has ignored the customization of my iced coffee order. When I called to bring attention to the issue I was hung up on...twice. I was calm and didn't swear. I wasn't asking for anything beyond that they be aware of the issue so that I can have my drink the way I want it next time. I think I'll drive a little further in the future to a store that has been reliable and attentive.

We went through the drive thru just last night after spending hours in the ER for a family member and were ravenously hungry. McDonald's was prompt, friendly, efficient, got the order perfect and the fries were piping hot. The young lady working the drive thru, light blonde hair and a small feminine voice, was very good at her job. She made a rough day a little better.
