Best fast food I had ever tested
Ben at Carl's Jr isn't a cook he's a culinary wizard disguised in a fast-food uniform. Every burger that comes off his grill looks like it belongs in a commercial, and somehow everything tastes better when he's working. Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a fast food restaurant that is clean and has decent food. The burgers and fries are decent, though the meat on the burgers can look like it has been sitting for a while. The restaurant is good for a quick bite and the staff is often friendly and quick. Everything is out for helping yourself, like ketchup and napkins, though the ketchup comes in pouches instead of a dispenser. The app could be better for offers. The drive-through menu sometimes is not working, and one customer was snapped at when mentioning the problem. Another customer had a great experience with a team that was professional, smiling, and very helpful, with an order taken quickly and accurately. However, there have been issues with the sweet tea. One customer bought a drink specifically for sweet tea, but it was out. The team lead said to just get unsweetened tea with sugar, which was a disappointment. Another customer recently had problems with drive-through employees giving only 1-3 packets of salsa when ordering multiple food items.
