Usually choose to dine at a Carl’s Jr based off the service and quality of food and this location is always consistent in delivering both. You can usually tell if there’s proper management based off the employees moods/attitudes and the guy that most recently took/served my order, Zach, was awesome. Friendly, great work ethic and always seems to be putting in his best effort

Got a few biscuit, sausage and egg sandwiches and the biscuits were WAY TOO SALTY. This happened last time also but I thought I’d give them another chance. I do know when they changed the biscuit recipe but I definitely will not be getting them again. WAY WAY WAY TOO MUCH SALT!!!

Long wait for a fast food joint. 25 minutes is ridiculous. They would not do a soda with no ice. I guess on a $25 meal, figure they would save 2 cents on soda. 2 meals with only one napkin in the bag. Will never try again.

Update: Thank you to whomever was cooking burgers on Sunday, July 16. It was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, generous toppings and nicely seasoned. Paired with zucchini, it was a delicious lunch! Please manager, give kudos to your cook. They're doing a great job!Compared to most restaurants in the area, this is a breakfast that is great for the money, fast, nicely cooked and delicious. Biscuit and gravy, potatoes and scrambled eggs for $6. The coffee isn't bad although they don't offer the flavored coffees.I'd give it five stars if the other times I've been here it was better. The drive through is really slow, even when they're not busy. The grease tastes old when I've ordered zucchini or fries. I've had the turkey burger and the low carb burger, both quite good, just it took forever to get them.I highly recommend this restaurant for a breakfast option which puts it in great standing, considering this area has few who serve breakfast and even fewer that are of good value. ⭐

Well apparently even though we are the customers and paying for our meals, Dawson the guy at the window tell me I can’t order a drink with light ice. He says he can’t modify the amount of ice they fill you’re cup up with. I sat and watched it’s not an automated dispenser he literally sat there and eye guessed how much ice to add. Is it that hard to just add less ice? Terrible customer service. Step it up Carl’s Jr, and shame on you the manager of this location for not teaching your employees better.

The food was great. The workers were lazy and couldn't get a 3 item order right. Two beverages and large fries. When I told them I was missing a item the worker rolled their eyes closed the window and complained to their coworkers before asking me to park upfront. I am disappointed.
