I ordered the four Classics for $11 and I tried their new Hush Puppy fish sticks. The food was good and hot.I went through the drive-through. I had to pull over and wait for the fish. It was not a long wait. It was after 8 pm. on a Wednesday.I like the Arby's roast beef sandwiches with Arby's sauce. The fish was good. Staff tend to be very polite.Food is cooked well but they are constantly forgetting items. 3 times in a row, we've ordered jalapeño poppers (been charged for them) but not gotten them. I've also had sandwiches forgotten and once and entire kids meal. Check your bags before pulling away!

I went in this evening to get a sandwich and received some of the best customer service a person could ask for. they were a little behind and Star was working the front counter and went above and beyond the call of duty making sure I knew where in the process my food was. Even though there was a little bit of a wait, it was not a problem with someone whom knows how to work hard and is willing to be upfront about things going on. If she’s not a manager, she should be.
