“Normally this is a fantastic location unless you order delivery. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I’ve had to have something replaced or refunded. When this happens, even if you order through the app, the help options sends you to DoorDash…who sends you to a Chic Fil A help line, who will try and send you back to DoorDash.

Honestly, don’t even attempt to order delivery through the app, it’s not worth the headache of a 20 minute run around to just get it refunded. I’d rather just have got what I ordered in the first place.“

“The service is much quicker than other fast food establishments. The people that serve here are always nice and friendly - every single time. The sandwiches are consistently made well, and there's a nice variety that they added. Lastly, I believe these guys made every effort to keep their prices reasonable. You get more for money here. For all these reasons, it is my favorite place to go.“

“I was really sad when I visited about 430pm on a Tuesday and saw 3 people(beverage station, food station and Emily) out of 6 actually working. I walked in and a young girl with long dark braided hair just stared at me blatantly ignoring me for about four minutes until I said.Excuse me can I order. She continued to ignore me while Emily who was engrossed in work stopped everything she was doing to take care of me and my daughters. She continuously apologized unnecessarily and proceeded to give me the best service I've ever had. Once I had my food and sat down, she continued to clean the restrooms during a quiet low, while others stood around still. Very grateful for Emily and I will return for her and the food. (Which was great btw)

( i now found out that she was a manager even. Possibly on a lunch break while staring.But you're not supposed to be on the line if that's the case and you could have verbally stated that instead, especially being management)

“Normally I quite like Chick-fil-A, but this was not a good experience. I ordered a few items, including a market salad. I ordered ahead, and when I got there is seemed that they had not even started it, so it took about 6 minutes waiting in the drive through to get our food. When I got to my hotel and went to eat the salad, i noticed they did not include the almonds, granola, or dressing for my salad. I understand forgetting A sauce, but they did not include any of the things that should come with the salad. But a salad just isn't a salad when it's only lettuce, which tastes like weeds on its own.

The jalapeno bites were hot from the frier, no grease, no old taste, just perfect. There were no clean tables when we arrived (only one order in the dining area ahead of ours), and the sauces/napkins/ drink area needed cleaning. My husband said all the workers were busy filling orders whenever he looked over. The restroom was clean. Great location and newer store.“

She asked about my day basic small talk but she was generally interested. Her ability to make the pizzas is top-notch. Everyone else that was working were great. “So I've been stranded in Colorado springs from Wisconsin and the customer service here is dismal. Nothing is as it seems just like being in the movie 'the labyrinth' am I on a different planet?. No orders arrived right and cant get straight answers from anyone. I discovered carls jr literally is right next door so my dog ans I walked over and I was back in earth again. Steven and Liz took really good care of marvin and. I felt really safe and Steve ans Liz are the sweetest. What a rock star team. Really, I appreciate the warmth and kindness I didnt want to leave! They weren’t related but offered to correct the problem anyways. They went out of their way to rectify a problem caused by another location! This speaks volumes! “If you want Spicy Three Pepper Sauce, you have to go inside. They no longer have packets because they were discontinued, and they are not obligated to come out to the lobby to dispense the sauce into a container for drive-thru orders.

“My partner and I went to this location tonight for some pretzel bites and custard. He has a severe tree nut allergy and although we would have been totally fine with it if he couldn’t get custard because of potential cross-contamination, the team stepped up and made a completely new batch of vanilla custard so he could enjoy the treat he wanted. They totally could’ve said no, sorry, we can’t do that for you but instead they took time and probably significant effort and went above and beyond. Thank you! I know it’s hard and frustrating to deal with customers who have special requests that disrupt the flow of things. We’re also regulars at this location and the food is ALWAYS amazing.“
