The nice lady told me they were free since I dined in. The only thing y'all could improve on is serving more soda options. “My online order didn’t come through to the restaurant as quickly as it should have so it wasn’t ready when I got there but the friendliness and speed of service made up for it. I was offered a free drink and sauce because I had to wait but the wait time was maybe only 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!“

“I was really sad when I visited about 430pm on a Tuesday and saw 3 people(beverage station, food station and Emily) out of 6 actually working. I walked in and a young girl with long dark braided hair just stared at me blatantly ignoring me for about four minutes until I said.Excuse me can I order. She continued to ignore me while Emily who was engrossed in work stopped everything she was doing to take care of me and my daughters. She continuously apologized unnecessarily and proceeded to give me the best service I've ever had. Once I had my food and sat down, she continued to clean the restrooms during a quiet low, while others stood around still. Very grateful for Emily and I will return for her and the food. (Which was great btw)

( i now found out that she was a manager even. Possibly on a lunch break while staring.But you're not supposed to be on the line if that's the case and you could have verbally stated that instead, especially being management)

“Haven't eaten at an Arby's in well over a year. My Ruben sandwich was perfect! No gristle, hot, not soggy, just the right amount of sauce and sauerkraut. The jalapeno bites were hot from the frier, no grease, no old taste, just perfect. There were no clean tables when we arrived (only one order in the dining area ahead of ours), and the sauces/napkins/ drink area needed cleaning. My husband said all the workers were busy filling orders whenever he looked over. The restroom was clean. Great location and newer store.“

Everyone who has called my number and handed me my food has been friendly and courteous. The general manager really cares about giving guests a good experience. Having the El Pollo Loco app is a money-saver and offers great rewards and special deals. I feel fortunate to have this healthy food and hard-working team so close to home!“

“I don't go to fast food restaurants often, but the food was worth going to. My mother and I both got butterbuger combos with special instructions, and both came out perfect. The onion rings were great and were fresh not frozen, and there wasn't a crazy price mark up to add it to our meal.
We ate in restaurant, and ordered the special deal 4 pints of frozen custard to take home with us. The staff was great and made one flavor of the day fresh, and then 3 other flavors chosen from the freezer. The pecan turtle was the best! Definitely worth the price!“

My husband, daughter and I eat there at least 4+ times a week and we feel like we have extended family at Whataburger. We are a family that would base our vacations around Whataburger locations because there wasn’t one around where we lived until now! “This store is staffed with the nicest people you’ll find! I had a nightmare experience at another location & called this location to see if they were related in hopes of getting help. They weren’t related but offered to correct the problem anyways. They went out of their way to rectify a problem caused by another location! This speaks volumes! I will only visit this location from now on!!“
