Came in an order a cheesesteak and a milk shake. I wanted to wait and make the milkshake until after I finish my food. The manager in the polo shirt, a middle age guy, did a great job with customer interaction and Customer service was great. Just wanted to get him a shout out.
Customer service was horrible. Food was good but fries were half empty and all over the tray. Fountain machine was absolutely disgusting and everything around it was sticky.

Arby's is an amazing establishment with friendly and professional staff. The burgers are a new favorite menu item, and the Steak Nuggets are UH-mazing and SO GOOD. The service is fast, and the food is always hot & fresh, even when dining in. The drive-thru service is exceptional. The staff at this Arby's location are efficient and ensure that customers are satisfied, with a manager who rocks. They've been better at having fresh fries than most any fast food around, always making curly fries and potato cakes fresh. Consistent food quality too. This place is also always so nice and clean. The coupons for Arby's are top flight lately.
