It is a fast food place. The food is good and the service is friendly.
It’s worth the dine-in experience. You deserve a true break, come on inside and enjoy the comfy booths and nice lighting. It adds flavor to the butter burger.
Food is always hot and fresh and accurate. Customer service is a hit or miss depending what time you go. Would recommend checking the ice cream of the day!

Food is always served hot, and their burgers are fresh, not frozen. The frozen custard is made fresh daily, with always three flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and the flavor of the day. Some employees may seem upset at times, but the overall experience remains pleasant, especially with coupons. A new employee named Sierra stands out with her welcoming attitude and quick service, making visits more enjoyable. Customers appreciate that nothing is cooked until ordered, so there are no food under heating lamps, and the food is not fast food but faster than casual sit-down. However, some concerns include late custard being a bit soupy, likely due to early cooler shutdowns, and a yellow jacket/wasp nest near the ordering mic that can be aggressive. Overall, Culver’s offers great service, tasty food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
