I have eaten at many Culver's. I have never had a bad meal. I stopped here for lunch and their was not a big crowd. I mad my order and when it came my fries were hot but my burger was cold and the bun was hard. If I was real hungry and was in a hurry for a appointment I would have made them try again.
I’ve been here twice recently for a drive thru order. Both times they have completely screwed up my order! For as long as it takes and for how much it cost, you would hope for better service. I can’t keep spending $50+ for incomplete meals. And to top it off the fry’s were colder than the coleslaw this last time:(No mustard, you get mustard… order curds, you get no curds… Order a malt and you get a shake with no malt… no onion, oh you getting some onion… you want unsweet tea, nope you gettin sweet tea.

Was very disappointed in the mushroom burger that I got yesterday. I bought it as a meal and was given a large amount of fries however the hamburger patty wasn't even a quarter of an inch thick. It was way overcooked or (leftover from the day before) as it was very dried out and only had a couple little slices of mushroom and they were pretty dry as well. When you pay that much money for a hamburger it could at least be tasty and not be like eating cardboard. I gave it three stars because the amount of fries that came with it exceeded what I was expecting. I probably should have taken it back to the counter and ask them to redo it. I will probably avoid going to that Culver's in the future
Culvers is always good. Reminds me of food from Wisconsin.
