If you are looking for the best pork lechon belly in Colorado Springs area, I highly recommend RJ foodies... Their lechon pork belly is very crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside... It taste like the traditional Pork lechon you taste in Fiesta in the Philippines but it's more of like the Cebu style taste which is my favorite style of lechon... It also comes with yummy sauce, the Sweet one Lydia's sauce and their personal soy sauce... Their serving for the price you pay...read full review
