“Finally made the 90-minute trek to Dave’s Hot Chicken with the fam! 🍗 The vibe was great—super friendly staff and a very clean spot despite the crowd. The chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious. Only downside was no cheese sticks today, but that just gives us an excuse to come back soon!“

“The best dinner experience I’ve had in Colorado. It just felt like having dinner with family. The food was amazing. We went for my birthday. My dad had just passed a few days before and it was the most calm and relaxed place with such a cozy, loving vibe. It was just what my family needed for food and experience. We will be back!“

“I cannot believe I haven't been here sooner! Cute seating inside, convenient grab and go containers set-up. Wonderful selection of different chicken salads. Very friendly and they offered us to be able to sample any of the salads. I got the jalapeno and it was fantastic! I tried another one and that was also delicious. I also happened to be very lucky and went on customer appreciation day so I got a free scoop of their classic to-go, I'm eating it for lunch the next day and it is fantastic! I'll definitely be stopping in again soon to try more yummy options.“

“So, so delicious! The chicken is cooked to perfection - juicy and flavorful! The hot flour tortillas, grilled veggies, beans and rice complete this delicious meal that is large enough for 4 and at a great price. The truck is located on the street running parallel to South Academy on the west side of the Home Depot.“

“We love coming here for the chicken Pot Pies. They’re always piping hot fresh and actually have meat and vegetables in them. The service and atmosphere and cleanliness are what makes this KFC the best in town.

“Overall always excellent but today......ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with a diet Dr Pepper.... Half of the fries missing.....1 had a bite out of it. Asked for 2 BBQ sauces...received 8 along with 2 straws and 12 napkins. A lot of waste that will eventually drive prices up.“

“I did my order through the app. I could not figure out why I was unable to use my $4 reward via the app. When I went into the store to pick up my food and discuss that the manager was so cool! Right away he offered me a dessert in place of not being able to use my rewards. He wasn't able to show me how do you use that feature in the app, but I appreciate it and acknowledging my inconvenience! The food here is always fast and phenomenal“

“Normally this is a fantastic location unless you order delivery. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I’ve had to have something replaced or refunded. When this happens, even if you order through the app, the help options sends you to DoorDash…who sends you to a Chic Fil A help line, who will try and send you back to DoorDash.

Honestly, don’t even attempt to order delivery through the app, it’s not worth the headache of a 20 minute run around to just get it refunded. I’d rather just have got what I ordered in the first place.“

“I'm here probably at least once a week (especially for Taco Tuesdays!) for takeout and appreciate the hard work taking place behind the counter. Everyone who has called my number and handed me my food has been friendly and courteous. The general manager really cares about giving guests a good experience. Having the El Pollo Loco app is a money-saver and offers great rewards and special deals. I feel fortunate to have this healthy food and hard-working team so close to home!“

“We always have a good experience at this particular location. It’s a little busy in that area, but good service. 😊“

“Normally I quite like Chick-fil-A, but this was not a good experience. I ordered a few items, including a market salad. I ordered ahead, and when I got there is seemed that they had not even started it, so it took about 6 minutes waiting in the drive through to get our food. When I got to my hotel and went to eat the salad, i noticed they did not include the almonds, granola, or dressing for my salad. I understand forgetting A sauce, but they did not include any of the things that should come with the salad. But a salad just isn't a salad when it's only lettuce, which tastes like weeds on its own.

Update, they more than fixed the issue with rewards.“

“I completely understand why it was so busy on Christmas, especially for a small, family-run business. Holidays are always hectic, and it’s clear how much effort goes into preparing and serving food for so many families on such a special day.

What really stood out to me was how upsetting it was to see people getting angry over delayed orders, when the family and staff were clearly taking time away from their own holiday to serve others. These things happen, especially on one of the busiest days of the year, and a little patience and understanding goes a long way.

I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication it takes to keep a small business running, especially during the holidays. Thank you for showing up and doing your best for the community.“
