Reducing score to a 3. I've probably come here 20 times since they opened and more often than not it's good but as of lately it's been super inconsistent. When it's good, it's great and when it's bad it's really bad.

Today I ordered a churro and it came with pretty much zero cinnamon. The frijoles were also super dried out and the rice was cold. Tacos were also iffy.

Very authentic!! It's been a long time since I had Mexican food this good!!
One of my favorite taco shops in the Springs. Highly recommend the carnitas taco. Also they have churros, who doesn't love fried dough with cinnamon and sugar.
