alas, it was an experience to be sure
You have to input your order into their system yourself then you have to fill out a form for a receipt and finally the payment system asks for a tip. There was nothing Pleasant about the experience. I asked a staff member a question and they seemed irritated like they're not used to having to talk to any customers.
Buying a doughnut should be pretty simple and straight forward but this location has managed to turn it into a 15min wait consistently. You have to order at a kiosk then wait 10 min to tell the person which doughnuts you want.
On top of that the workers have just about the worst attitude possible.
