Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed...read full review
They were super accommodating when I accidentally walked in right before close. The staff was super friendly! I got the pumpkin patch latte (pumpkin and maple) but I didn't really taste the flavor all that much. The espresso was delicious though
Comfortable environment, staff and everyone in the coffee shop were so kind and encouraging, and the coffee (got just a drop) was great.
