The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and efficient. The service is exceptional and the drinks are delicious. The coffee is reliably good, and the consistency really stands out. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. This store is very clean, spacious, and a great place for studies, computer work, or gatherings. There are lots of tables with couch style bench and lots of outlets for working remotely. One guest spilled their drinks, and a staff member came out from behind the counter, took care of the mess, and had the drinks remade. Another guest mistakenly ordered to the wrong location on the app and was still accommodated. The staff is super friendly and remembers orders. The team genuinely cares about customers and makes sure orders are accurate. Other Starbucks locations should use this store as an example of what great customer service looks like. It is more than just a coffee stop; it is a daily reset.
