Update a year later: still the slowest Jersey Mike's ever.The slowest/ worst service of any Jersey Mike's. You may get lucky and get what you ordered here, but either way it's going to take forever for them to make it. Jimmy John's is across the street- it's not as good, but you'll get what you order and it'll be quick.
We order from JM often, weekly at least. The quality continues to decline--for example, there is usually no wheat bread and when they do have it, it is as hard as a rock. And the meat portion is getting smaller and smaller. Again, we are loyal customers but are likely to go elsewhere as over the last several months the subs are not above but below standard. Maybe just our location but very disappointing.

Jersey Mike's is the favorite of my 15 year old and I and we order from here quite often and it is usually excellent. Today I ordered a couple subs for delivery and the order was completely screwed up; I ordered wheat bread as I am supposed to avoid white bread due to my diet and my sub arrived on white bread so into the trash it went.
