Jersey Mike's is the favorite of my 15 year old and I and we order from here quite often and it is usually excellent. Today I ordered a couple subs for delivery and the order was completely screwed up; I ordered wheat bread as I am supposed to avoid white bread due to my diet and my sub arrived on white bread so into the trash it went. I also ordered extra meat and bacon for my son's sub, there was a small amount of meat and NO bacon. It's disheartening because we order from this location A LOT and never had a problem. I hope this is an anomaly.EDIT: @ Nathan Rose, I have emailed you a couple weeks ago but never heard back.Ok, we ordered again tonight and they gave me white bread AGAIN even though I ordered wheat bread. I guess I have to complain to corporate? This is absolutely ridiculous. I am done with this place.

Update a year later: still the slowest Jersey Mike's ever.The slowest/ worst service of any Jersey Mike's. You may get lucky and get what you ordered here, but either way it's going to take forever for them to make it. Jimmy John's is across the street- it's not as good, but you'll get what you order and it'll be quick.

We order from JM often, weekly at least. The quality continues to decline--for example, there is usually no wheat bread and when they do have it, it is as hard as a rock. And the meat portion is getting smaller and smaller. Again, we are loyal customers but are likely to go elsewhere as over the last several months the subs are not above but below standard. Maybe just our location but very disappointing.

The second time I’ve come in here and both times I have left disappointed. The staff is extremely rude and barely acknowledges you. There were multiple items missing from my club sandwich and when I asked for the bacon and cheese I was given attitude and asked if I really wanted it… what?? The staff sits back behind the counter dancing, singing and eating bacon rather than cleaning or doing their jobs. EVERY single table in the place is dirty and crumb filled. Will not be back.

The service was great and the sandwiches even better! Josiah was awesome even though we showed up close to closing time. He helped us pick our sandwiches and even made us laugh. It’s so nice to see young people with great customer service!

Bread dry and stale, meat was room temp., and sub had half its meat not in roll. Subs werent labeled. Place was clean though.

I've noticed that when we order online, they seem to never follow the instructions. I even add a "please" before my request and it gets over looked. Only Jersey Mike's we've been to that has this problem. I hate to be picky, but it's happened enough times to where I actually wanted to leave a review.

The food at Jersey Mike's is always good but every time we go the service is trash. The teens who work there are nice enough, but it's slow and inattentive. Our food was sitting at the window for 10 minutes before the kid came back and said "have you been checked out? Okay here ya go." Also don't expect to try their rosemary parm either because they never have it.

Don't place an online order on the weekend and expect it to be correct. 1/4 sandwiches were as ordered, not to mention 25 minutes later than requested ready time. Ordered at 10am for a non pickup. Food wasn't ready until 12:25.

Yesterday was the 4th time they forgot the bacon on my sandwich. What kind of bacon addict goes to a place and lets this happen 4 times! Not only did they forget the bacon on my club, but they also gave my wife an Italian sandwich instead of a BLT. It feels like they have a systemic issue with their process of remembering the bacon or they have a policy to just leave it out when they're out of bacon. I love Jersey Mikes and want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but until they come clean about their bacon issues / policy, NO BACON NO BUSINESS.
