I stopped at Freddy’s in Monument, skipped the drive thru and went inside. I was so impressed by the employees and their attitudes and service. Roslyn made me the best chocolate malt and made the whole visit inside fun! Great business and employees!!
I came my half an hour before closing. The ice cream was taken from a container and it was warm and soft. The Frozen machine was already cleaned and cut off
I have had multiple times where food was not what I asked for or that I was missing items I ordered.
