Monument Pies & Grinders is a restaurant that offers delicious pizza and other dishes, known for its high quality and customizable vegetarian options. The crew is friendly and creates a fun atmosphere. Customers have praised the restaurant's ability to rectify any issues promptly. Online ordering is easy, and the delivered food arrives fresh and hot. They pay attention to specific requests, such as excluding certain ingredients, to cater to customers' preferences. Some of the best cheesesteaks in Colorado are served here, and the calzones and pizza are also highly praised. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with good kid menus that include crayons, stickers, and temporary tattoos. Many customers compare their cheesesteaks to those from Philadelphia, noting that they are just as good, with some saying the pizza is "to die for," especially the New York thin crust or Rocky Mountain style with organic honey. The pizza is consistently delicious and much better than overpriced, lower-quality options from other places. The wings are considered excellent, and the staff is attentive to customer needs. However, some suggest that the zeppole desserts could be improved by offering caramel instead of chocolate syrup. Overall, Monument Pies & Grinders is highly recommended for its tasty offerings and friendly service.
