Fuji Mt is our favorite spot for Hibachi in the Springs area! The food is always delicious and the chefs are always very engaging and fun! They are very accommodating to Gluten Free diets which we also very much appreciate.
my group went near the end of the day Sunday for dinner and had the final Hibatchi show. it was wonderful; Max, our chef, was fun and friendly and had great energy and was super polite. since we were there so close to closing he asked if he could clean the table while we ate and was so pleasnt the entire meal.
the food was AMAZING. we did the Hibatchi and a few sushi rolls. everything we are was fresh and yummy .

We have been here a few times. The food is always delicious. This time we had a new chef and he was fantastic! He was hilarious and interactive! He even made the teenagers laugh!
