“Buckshot is our date night place, and we visit at least once a week! The fun atmosphere, lively music, and exceptional service make every visit a great experience. Their food selection is impressive for a bar and grill, with the prime rib and ribeye steaks being standouts. Sam is a fantastic waitress who treats everyone like family, and the entire wait staff is friendly and engaging, which truly enhances the experience. “The chili cheese fries are too die for! The fries are freshly made every day and not frozen. The salted caramel green apple drink is so so delightful! Cole is a great bartender and never disappoints. The vibes are always friendly and down to earth at Papa Joe’s. And they have karaoke on Wednesday nights. All in all, I love Papa Joe’s and truly see them as a hidden gem of Pueblo West.“
