We were in COS for a family emergency and since we are from AZ, Jonesing for good Mexican. And Maria's did not disappoint. Service was wonderful with all we could see was one young man. He was wonderful. I had the Carnitas and husband had a breakfast burrito. We love it allcand the salsa was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. And when we come back we will be going.
Food was amazing. I am very impressed with the street tacos. Meat was cooked excellent and they give a generous serving as well. I always gravitate towards restaurants that serve complimentary chips and salsa. 10/10!
I been coming to this restaurant for 6 years now I tell my friends and family when they visit to check it out cause to me it’s the best hidden gem Mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs the people who work there having amazing energy I never had a bad meal or a bad moment in this place food is great you can tell it was made with love
