They were out of donuts! And the other one we went to on Austin Bluffs the manager decided to close the lobby and the drive thru had a line waaay to long
Everytime we go they mess up my order. Last time I got uncooked bacon, that I was told was the standard to send out. Cold, floppy, greasy bacon. This time I got a freezing cold, unmixed vanilla chai that was supposed to be hot!! its nothing but frothy foamy, so cold you can feel it thru my cup! Your job is not that hard! Stop trying to kill your customers!!
We were so proud to be the first to order the diy kit today! And they turned out wonderful! Thank you!
