The food is always good and consistent. 4 stars because sometimes the portions are not always the same (very little fries, not totally full lemonade). 3 stars for the staff because a couple of the employees are not 'nice' and just there. Makes me wonder if a few of them don't like military people.”

“If you want Spicy Three Pepper Sauce, you have to go inside. They no longer have packets because they were discontinued, and they are not obligated to come out to the lobby to dispense the sauce into a container for drive-thru orders.

“If I could leave more stars, I would! I placed a catering order online and didn’t know that they were located on base (completely my fault) so I wasn’t able to get on base. They met up with me in their personal car and brought my catering order to me ! Such a kind thing to do! They also threw in some extra sides for me which was so thoughtful. I couldn’t thank them enough for the great service! Shoutout to Haley for making this order extra special.”

“Last year I left a review and didn’t return because of the service I recieved. Today I decided to give this location another try. The new staff was phenomenal and the customer service has shifted in such a positive way. My Drive Thru experience was better than before. I was greeted with a warm welcoming and the cashier at the Drive Thru was highly professional and sweet. She asked me questions about my order and when she sent me to the second window to get my food that worker went above and beyond with follow up question. Asking if I need any more condiments and napkins . He had a short conversation with me saying how they want to treat the customers better and feel more welcomed. I appreciate this new staff determination and kindness for rebuilding what was bad service to incredible service .”

“I live in WY and found Shah Kabob House while my family spent the weekend in CO Springs. We stopped in for the 2nd time today as we drove through town on our way back from spring break. We have had variations of kabobs in VA, NM, CA, and AZ. None of them have been as good as Shah Kabob. I will miss this place (even though it's a 2.5 hour drive from my home now) when we move away. I recommend the place to all of our friends. The flavors are so vibrant and balanced! The best!”

“Whenever I am in a town with a Jamaican restaurant I eat there and all I ever have is the goat curry. I've had this dish in the US and in the Caribbean. The goat curry at Pete's is the best I've ever had! It is such a well balanced mix of spices, herbs, and vegetables that I couldn't identify more than a few of its complex ingredients. The decor adds to the experience of dining in a Kingstown bistro as well as the "love" that comes out of the kitchen.”

The food was fantastic, the atmosphere & music is awesome & our server (Chris) was phenomenal! This is a place we will return to over & over! Ms. Cleo (wife) runs the kitchen and the restaurant, until the husband Richard gets off from active duty military service in the army. I had the lamb soup, and the chicken with rice, and both were delicious. I will be back soon without a doubt. Thanks for delicious food and for your service in the military Richard + Cleo.”
