I live in WY and found Shah Kabob House while my family spent the weekend in CO Springs. We stopped in for the 2nd time today as we drove through town on our way back from spring break. We have had variations of kabobs in VA, NM, CA, and AZ. None of them have been as good as Shah Kabob. I will miss this place (even though it's a 2.5 hour drive from my home now) when we move away. I recommend the place to all of our friends. The flavors are so vibrant and balanced! The best!
Amazing food and even better service!
I love supporting local restaurants, and this is such a terrific option for the Cheyenne Mountain community. My favorite dish is the spicy kitchen plate. I crave this dish. You will not be disappointed in this spot!
