“Don't believe these negative reviews at all. I eat here weekly. I lived in the middle east for quiet a few years with the military. The food is exceptional the place is spotless and you can't get a better staff. They even have their own grocery store so if you like it. You can buy it and make it at home. Great place for sure.“

“I live in WY and found Shah Kabob House while my family spent the weekend in CO Springs. We stopped in for the 2nd time today as we drove through town on our way back from spring break. We have had variations of kabobs in VA, NM, CA, and AZ. None of them have been as good as Shah Kabob. I will miss this place (even though it's a 2.5 hour drive from my home now) when we move away. I recommend the place to all of our friends. The flavors are so vibrant and balanced! The best!“

“The best gyro, kebabs, all over menu in town and all of Colorado, in my opinion. Stuffed full of meat and always made fresh to order. This is not fast food so take your time to relax in the cozy patio out front or browse the isles of several grocery options. Large parties will want to cater in advance to make sure the friendly staff has time to prepare. Once you become a regular, you are treated like a long time friend and greeted by name. Be sure to ring the bell if no one is at the register as they are working hard in the kitchen to make the food taste great!“
