Food was delicious!! I would share a pic but I was too busy scarfing it all down. Staff is super friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was warm and homey. Will be visiting again!!Vegetarian options: Falafel was flavorful and not too dry.
I was happy, and I was disappointed... let me explain. The "market" part of the store was really cool. The guy taking my order at the counter was friendly. The food that I received was tasty BUT not what I wanted. When I go to a Mediterranean place and order a plate dish, then I am expecting the main dish along with Mediterranean rice, pita, and maybe a small salad. Going to Briar Mart was a very good experience. This was our second trip there. The food was authentic Greek and was very tasty. We all had the Gyros platter that included a great Greek salad with all the trimmings. And the Baklava was just out of this world! Since my son lives in Colorado Springs and we live in Thornton, we don't get to go that often, so we do try to go whenever we go to see him. If you enjoy Greek dishes, this is a very good place to go.
