I went through a few days ago to get two brownies. Apparently that was a problem for them to order something off their own menu. The guy at the window gave me a hard time about it, acted like I was crazy for not getting coffee. I work overnights. I was about to go to sleep so I wasn't up for coffee at that time. The 3rd time came to Starbucks this over drive to the one on garden of the god. They can’t seem to get my Coffee order right. I tell them I want Oatmilk and Venit ice coffee. When its given to me was Gr, with regular milk. When I told them it was wrong she was super rude about it. Refused to fix my order again. I took my order and my app to the other store and showed them it was made wrong they were more then willing to fix it. This used to be the best Starbucks around here....read full review
This Starbucks is staffed by super awesome and friendly employees, however I would have to say the management team is incompetent.
Starbucks offers seasonal drinks, which is awesome as I love one of them in particular. Since the start of holiday season this particular Starbucks was unable to obtain the praline topping for the chestnut praline latte.
