Starving Colorado is a cute little business in Manitou Springs. The owner is from Europe and is very friendly, with great big smiles that greet customers at the door. The shop is about 2 years old. The homemade ice cream is phenomenal, with incredibly unique flavors like whiskey pistachio, which is probably the best flavor. The crepes are exceptional and the BEST tasting in Colorado. The creme brule crepe was amazing. The baklava is also amazing. All items are delicious and fresh. The owner is nice, friendly, and incredibly talented. It is fun to watch him making the food. This shop is adorable and not to be missed when visiting Manitou. Worth the trip for a fast delicious dessert.
