Stopped by here on the way to Pikes Peak.Amazingly good ice cream custard here. Unique taste and not too sweet or heavy. We tried vanilla and chocolate scoops with waffle cone and loved it. Also tried their “Analanche” (Mountaineer flavor) which is like a blizzard (ice cream in a blender) and it was very refreshing. On top of all of this, everything is extremely well priced. Custard was good... conversation with owner was pleasant... he's a pretty big celebrity in the area as he's an accomplished runner and has won the Pikes Peak races multiple times... the shop was recommended to us by our jeep tour guide a few days prior and I would recommend as well.
