Have had multiple bad experiences with this location, but usually I assume it’s just a mistake or a busy day. However, today really takes the cake. Stopped by at closing time, but didn’t know it was closing time because they didn’t have the holiday hours posted on the drive thru. The menu was still on, and someone spoke to us on the intercom and said they’d be with us shortly. Read so many bad reviews I got curious and gave it a shot. Bakery, coffee and sandwiches were pretty good actually. But yes, the atmosphere of this place is pretty bizarre. I heard obnoxious workers talking loudly and gossiping about the most random stuff. If you know Spanish, you might get uncomfortable because you will understand the stuff they are saying. Anyways, just get your food and get out. Food good. Atmosphere bizarre.

I love my dunkin donut Latina employees at this location. They are so welcoming (great music inside), very professional with great customer services, and never messed up any of my orders (I go every morning before work).
