“Last year I left a review and didn’t return because of the service I recieved. Today I decided to give this location another try. The new staff was phenomenal and the customer service has shifted in such a positive way. My Drive Thru experience was better than before. I was greeted with a warm welcoming and the cashier at the Drive Thru was highly professional and sweet. She asked me questions about my order and when she sent me to the second window to get my food that worker went above and beyond with follow up question. Asking if I need any more condiments and napkins . He had a short conversation with me saying how they want to treat the customers better and feel more welcomed. I appreciate this new staff determination and kindness for rebuilding what was bad service to incredible service .“

“Everytime I come through Everyone is very friendly and more then willing to help you find something to fit your needs. They are very quick at moving people through the line and making sure you get everything on your order. I like that when I order coffee they have it ready by the time I get to the window to pay so I can get to work on time after PT. I have also noticed they will move me forward if my sandwich is not done just yet and have it ready for me pretty quickly after I park.“

I had heard some people say they were really different from traditional donuts and that they were more like a dried-out croissant. Because of that, I kept putting it off for a while. But one of my classmates’ dad actually owns the place, and I’ve been wanting to support them for a long time, so I finally decided to stop in and give it a shot today. I’m really glad I did. I tried the **raspberry donut**, and it was absolutely delicious. The raspberry frosting tasted just like real raspberry filling — rich, flavorful, and not overly sweet. And contrary to what I had heard before, it was **not dried out at all**. It was **moist, flaky, and had beautiful buttery layers** that made it really unique compared to a typical donut. What I actually appreciated most is that their donuts feel a little more **crafted and elevated** than the average donut. The texture is light and layered, and you can tell care goes into making them. It’s a really nice balance between a donut and a pastry. The shop itself had a welcoming feel, and the product clearly speaks for itself. I also want to say **huge congratulations to the team for continuing to stay open and keep going**, especially after having to close their other two locations. Running a small business is never easy, and it takes a lot of dedication and resilience to keep pushing forward. If you’ve been hesitant like I was, I definitely recommend giving them a try.
