Amy's donuts has good donuts but their customer service has a lot to be desired. I have been there about 10 times and only had friendly service one time. I stopped by a couple days ago and I was the only customer. The woman was watching a video on her phone at a table. She came to the counter and brought her phone with the video still playing. If I ever have a bad experience somewhere, I am the one to let it go because things happen. But today was a whole other level. I’ve never had Amy’s Donuts before so as I was waiting with my friend for the mail shop to open up, we decided to grab a donut! (This is the COS Bloomington location btw).
