I was missing a couple of items when I ordered through grub hub. I called the restaurant directly. A gentleman introduced himself as part owner. I told him my situation. Keeping in mind I originally ordered through grub hub, this gentleman wanted to make it right and sent his own delivery driver to my home with the missing items without hesitation.
