Portions are huge, the Sopaipillas are on the house. If that weren’t enough the service will actually melt your heart. Genuinely nice people. So glad I stopped. You should too!“

“Great tortilleria and busy for a reason! Everything was delicious, but the stars of the show are definitely the fresh flour tortillas and the red chili burrito. Extremely fast service even with all of the call ahead orders and reasonable prices (see pic of updated ones to 2026). Note that the entrance is on the north side of the building Google Maps takes you to and this is a shop without dine in seating.

The waitress we had still took care of us while we waited, and it was much appreciated! She says she's new and still learning but her performance was awesome. We'll be back!!“

“Haven't been here for a long time. Looks the same other than the pool table is gone. Still clean and hospitable atmosphere. Waitresses and bartender staff are very friendly and do a great job. My only complaints are that the men's bathroom wreaked of urine. It desperately needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. Also, in front of the building, along the street, there are a bunch of big chunks of concrete that are a tripping hazard. They need to be removed, and the damaged area needs repairs.“

The shows they put on are awesome for a night out :) I would definitely recommend going LOL. “Adolfo’s is one of my favorite places to grab Mexican food when I’m craving a hearty, satisfying meal. The burritos are generously sized, packed with flavor, and made with fresh ingredients. Portions are excellent, and there’s always enough to leave feeling full.

The menu has plenty of options, the food comes out quickly, and the flavors feel authentic and consistent. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. “I was in there earlier today and witnessed the conflict in the previous review and the information is completely incorrect and blown out of proportion. The manager was very polite about asking for the drinks from another place to be removed even offered some of their ihop cups to put the beverages in. The women in this complaint became completely hostile cussing and calling her names and threatening the manager. After that the manager just asked them to leave repeatedly never saying anything harmful or foul. She definitely handled the situation better than most would have. This is simply someone got told no and they threw a fit about it. Don’t let one person ruin your opinion go and see for yourself the service is great, the food is delicious, and the manager is amazing and very friendly. 10 out of 10“

They refuse to take money off the ticket, the owners son who is the manager is very rude and told me not to come back, bc I explained I need the food for my elderly grandmother who is on hospice, his response, so is mine! update: The food waa free, but very cold. Both were very good, but had more noodles than veggies. The beef was of excellent quality. Prices were a little high, and perhaps lunch specials could be added.“

“We were in Pueblo for State Marching band competing. We came in with about 30 people. The food was really good, our waitress was amazing, she kept drinks filled, got our orders out very timely, even though we were a large group. very happy with our visit. (so sorry I don't remember our waitress' name, but she was amazing! )“
