“We eat out a lot and all over the country, so when I say this place gets 5 stars across the board, I mean it! Great Slopper. My wife loves her Ranch Water and the home made pretzel with Pueblo cheese sauce was off the charts good.

Top it off with amazing service and both my kids (8 and 14) LOVING their meals, we will be back and I hope you come here with your family.

“Based on a previous noteworthy experience, I stopped in as we were going by Pueblo to get some of their SUPER YUMMY green chili. I chanced it and got some of the red also. Both are with pork and both are equally GOOD. Definitely worth the sidetrip and probably worth the 1 hr drive if we need to bring something to a party.

“My husband & I went to el nopal for the first time for their show in July and we had a great time! The food was really good - it wasn't greasy at all. The drinks were great as well. The shows they put on are awesome for a night out :) I would definitely recommend going LOL. “Haven't been here for a long time. Looks the same other than the pool table is gone. Still clean and hospitable atmosphere. Waitresses and bartender staff are very friendly and do a great job. My only complaints are that the men's bathroom wreaked of urine. It desperately needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. Also, in front of the building, along the street, there are a bunch of big chunks of concrete that are a tripping hazard. They need to be removed, and the damaged area needs repairs.“

The staff was friendly, short wait on a busy Saturday (during state fair too). Got drinks and enjoyed them on the patio with a great view while we waited for our table.
Beer was delicious, maybe a little steep on price- but treat yourself right?

“This is actually for the food truck in colorado city, colorado. Overall, their food is pretty amazing. Just a few little adjustments The carnitas has really good flavor but it's a bit dry and a little tough. The bean and cheese burrito was all right. Good portion, but the beans tasted canned. My favorite, there is the grilled chicken and all of their breakfast burritos. For the first time today, I tried a drink made from rice. It was delicious. I've never had it before, reminded me at the sweet rice, my grandma used to make for us when we were little. They are amazing people. They are so kind and friendly. The service is amazing. Their food is always fresh and it is always hot. The sauces are to die for. If I wanna treat, that's where I go.“

“Nice, clean restaurant with very friendly service. The spring rolls were excellent except that the rice wrappers were a little chewy. We had a shrimp noodle bowl and a beef noodle bowl. Both were very good, but had more noodles than veggies. The beef was of excellent quality. Prices were a little high, and perhaps lunch specials could be added.“

From the moment we walked in, the hostess made us feel incredibly welcome with her charming and professional greeting. The atmosphere is wonderful, vibrant, friendly, and full of great energy. Our bartender and servers took good care of us. The food and the margaritas were top-tier and truly delicious. A little pricy but very worth it because of the buy one get one free on Sundays! I like coming to the restaurant because it is rustic and because the food is good I do not want to come to a place that is woke. I don’t agree with the views that you have adopted and it makes me very sad that you have adopted them and that you think it’s OK.
