I am modifying my previous three-star to five-star review because how it turned out the problem was the coffeemaker I used to make coffee out of pads. The Hold Fast coffee is wonderful. The first time I tried it at the Koeble Library and fell in love with its taste. That when I decided to order the coffee, and I will do it again because of its high quality.

Based on customer reviews, Hold Fast Coffee Co. serves the best coffee in the Springs. The coffee is never watered down, and drinks are always hot when ordered hot and cold when ordered cold. The espresso is smooth, and the drip coffee is hot, fresh, and delicious. They roast their own coffee and always have delicious new roasts in the rotation. House made syrups are a highlight, and the banana bread latte is a must. The breakfast sandwich is delicious, and the staff can make special accommodations. The baristas are welcoming, friendly, and kind. The atmosphere is fun and lively, with great murals both inside and out. It is a great spot to hang out, camp out for work, or have 430 minute meetings. The commitment to freshness and quality, even 10 minutes before closing, is recognized. Customers will continue to drive here for coffee from now on.
