“My husband & I ordered Parrillada, which is a meal for two with assorted meats. It was about the best Mexican meal we have ever had. Definitely, I am sending shoutouts to the Chefs- it was all cooked perfectly and sooo delicious! The manager was our server and the service was excellent! Would highly recommend this restaurant for couples & families. And, we will be having a great breakfast tomorrow with the leftovers!!!“

I wish I could remember the server's name because she was amazing. She was the only staff we saw in the place and she took care of everyone effectively and efficiently. Absolute flawless service. “Absolutely loved our evening hanging out at Seven’s Gate. Been a long time, fan and visitor of Cerebus across the street, but had never made it over to Seven’s Gate until this evening. They were doing a fundraiser for Manitou Springs pride, and we were met with welcoming, smiles, tasty, beer, and amazing service from Kara. We didn’t get to try any of the food… But that will be a first on the next visit. Highly recommend visiting any time of the week, if you want to stop by for a chill atmosphere and good vibes. There is an adjacent pizza place with erratic hours (i.e., don't rely on them being open) so eat something before you arrive. Stays open late. “What an incredible place, and environment. We're not new to Burlesque, but this place has added something so much more to it. The environment is very romantic, and intimate, feels very old school burlesque scene. Instantly felt safe, cozy, and comfy. Aside from the entertainers, let's talk about the best part! The FOOD. My husband got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and his face lit up like a kid. I had to try it, And when I say that the fettuccine Alfredo is to die for, I mean it the sauce is so rich and fresh and just tastes premium. The chicken was perfectly cooked as well. I got some bruschetta and it was the perfect serving size and absolutely amazing. My husband got one of the specialty drinks and they brought it out with the smoke infuser and everything. Absolutely phenomenal!!“

“We went on New Year's Eve, and it was wonderful to see this place as busy as it deserves to be. We got addicted to Jacob's mixology in the Tipperary days and were excited to come see him again. The atmosphere is charming and very nostalgic. Cocktails remained solid, and the price point was much more accessible than prior. The new faces behind the bar were great additions. The only thing that would make this place even better is mocktail options. I hope this business model proves sustainable and successful enough that we will see more of Jacob's cocktail creativity on the menu soon. He is truly the most talented bartender in the city.“

“UPDATE: My wife and I visited Colorado Springs again this year. And we promised ourselves that if we ever came back this way our evenings would be spent at the Mill Hill Saloon! We love the place! During this trip, we got the chance to meet and speak with the owner Jimmie Bloom. What a great guy! We danced two nights to the Jeffrey Alan Band. And buddy, did they deliver on the classic country music. Sure wish we had the Mill Hill Saloon down in Alabama. Thanks Jimmie for keeping a little piece of Americana alive and well.

The Mill Hill Saloon rocks! This is my kind of country hole-in-the-wall. It's not a big place by no means but it is cozy and friendly. The band there the night my wife and I went was amazing! They played lots of good old country songs you could dance to. And the beer was ICE cold. We had a great time! And shut the lights off when we left. The next time I'm in Colorado Springs, you can bet your boots, I'll be at the Mill Hill Saloon where the good folks are, and the snow flakes aren't.“

“If you are visiting the Broadmoor, the hotel bar is an absolute must-visit. The hospitality here is incredible, and our time here was a total highlight of the trip.
Shabnam took excellent care of us and was a fantastic server throughout our visit. She was super attentive and on top of everything. Mary also stopped by the table to check on us and ensure our experience was perfect. She was so warm, wonderful, and had the most welcoming smile.

And if you go, you absolutely have to order a cocktail from Ryan behind the bar. I'd been told ahead of time that his amaretto sours were legendary, but they honestly blew my mind. They are hands-down the best we have ever had, to the point where I'm genuinely worried no other bar is going to live up to his from now on!

“This is a really cool-looking place. We were there late afternoon so it wasn't very busy or noisy. The service was very good. The food was pretty good, but we expected better actually. Ira got a chicken salad sandwich that had a few pieces of tough chicken and the bread was a little too hard. I got a green beans salad that was delicious but I wish the green beans had been cooked a little more. Of course that's strictly a preference thing. The carrots that came with the bangers and mash were a little undergone for me too. The mashed potatoes were VERY good.
The cocktails were very good but very small.
I gotta say, the ale and cheddar soup was the best we've had. The sticky toffee pudding was also very delicious.
Overall, this is a nice place with good food.“
